Stereo Hearts

So this post is basically just to show you guys my first story that I've written (in what seems like ages) since I've last posted something on Fanfiction. I wrote it last night and it was inspired by a person on Fanfiction (Meme-Love) when she reviewed for one of my stories called Teenage Dream. The story is called Stereo Hearts (obviously based off the song) and it's an ApolloThalia story.

Also, I discoverd today a cool thing on my newly acquired iPod touch: I can access Fanfiction through it at school! Doesn't seem like a big deal, right? Well it is, because my school lends us laptops, but the school blocks sites like Facebook, Tumblr, Fanfiction...anything cool and fun. HOWEVER, I just discovered that even though I'm using the Wi-Fi on my iPod, it won't block it! I can't necessarily update anything during school, but I can read stories or revise my own :) I'm very happy about this.

Back to Writing

Now soccer is finally done with! I can finally start writing my stories again :) I'm so excited. Sports had taken up so much of my time so I hadn't been able to write or even think up ideas for stories. But now, I have time to actually read books (like Throne of Fire and Son of Neptune!) and actually write stories again!

Obviously, I'm going to try to finish my stories that had been left behind (firstly, Death is Life, then the others like Only a Dream, A Promise to Break, etc.) and then I'm going to start working on all these other ideas that I've had for months and months. Of course, I still have school work to get done too but now that's really the only thing I have to worry about.

I feel really bad for starting all these stories and not finishing them. For one thing, I didn't plan on having so many ideas. For another, I hadn't planned on soccer being stressful and time-consuming as much as it was this year. My plan of action right now is to get caught up on Riordan's books (I still have to read Throne of Fire and Son of Neptune D:) and then continue with writing. :D

P.S. If you are following my FictionPress account, do not expect an update anytime soon. The story that I've written for that is based on events that have happened to me recently, and I'm not quite finished with the whole story yet and I'm not comfortable with publishing it right now. So please bear with me, I just need some time to get it more organized and constructed.

Break Time

I haven't updated or drawn anything in a while, and that's mainly because of soccer. I went to a soccer camp a few days ago that lasted four days, and before that I was doing some practices with a couple teammates of mine. I haven't really had any inspiration to write either. I've been re-reading some of my stories and I get some ideas, but I just don't have the drive to write them down.

Also, I won't be updating for a while since I just got my bottom wisdom teeth out. It hurts like hell, I tell you what. Right now I'm kind of loopy from the pain meds, so it's a little hard to write this. Anyways, I wouldn't expect an update for a while, although I PROMISE PROMISE PROMISE that I will try to finish Death is Life.

New Drawings

I have some new drawings on my Deviant account. I created Annabeth, though I'm not very happy with how she turned out. I hate her hair. She's going to take a little work. Besides her, I also drew Grover, whom I am very happy about! He's so cute! I had trouble with his hair and horns though, so he looks kind of shaggy (just think of it as the older version of him :D). Also, I couldn't remember what color his eyes were, so I went with blue. I had fun drawing him!

Also, I know updates on Fanfiction or slowing down immensely, and I apologize for that. My friend has been having some issues with her ex-boyfriend and I've been working TONS. Plus, I'm too antsy to sit down and actually write :P

Death is Life

I've finally updated Death is Life!! People have really been bugging me about that story (even by reviewing on my other stories to tell me to update it) so I've been working hard on that. I know people get frustrated when I don't update (I know what it's like!) but I'm really trying to finish it. It's always on my mind and I'm always thinking about it and I feel bad whenever I don't at least write something for it. Anyways, I've uploaded chapter eight, and now there are only about two chapters left of the whole story, and the ending will shock you (hopefully)!

Besides being slightly scared of my readers (they are ruthless when you don't update), I'm also grateful and thankful for their support. It amazes me that I started out with a (stupid) story like Darkest Before Dawn (which people liked, for some reason) and now lots of people tell me that I'm their favorite author (Fanfiction or just PJO wise--either way, I'm astounded and honored). I just want to thank all of my faithful readers and reviewers because without you guys, I probably wouldn't be writing anymore!

Enough with the cheese. I'm going to finish Reactions since it's just a three-shot, but I also have to finish my three one-shots of the Prompts' songifc contest (deadline: July 6). After that, I'm going to work on the Persistence of Memory, Miraculously, and Contentions. I'm going to restrain myself from starting anymore multi-chaptered stories until those are completed. Then, I'll start working on Only a Dream and other stories that I have planned.

I also am going to start writing stories with different pairings, mostly just Annabeth paired with someone other than Percy. I will still write some Percabeth but I'm going to mainly focus on the crack pairings :) Of course, this stuff won't come until later on towards the end of summer, probably not until fall.
